Treadmill Lab is a small collection of treadmill calculation tools. It turns speed, pace, time, grade, and body weight into transparent estimates without asking for an account.

Why it exists

Treadmill displays and online tables often show a number without explaining how it was produced. This site keeps the conversion and metabolic formulas visible so you can understand the assumptions and compare sessions consistently.

What it is not

It is not a coach, medical device, diagnostic service, or training plan. Results are estimates and do not replace measurements from a qualified professional or calibrated equipment.
